AMR Textile and Fibre Fillings are long established & reputable suppliers of Needlepunched & Thermally Bonded Nonwoven products into many varying industrial sectors. As part of the John Holden Group, our facilities are aligned to be able to produce stand-alone products or composites via our Extrusion Coating (Dunlop Greengate) & Laminating Divisions (Holden Laminates).
Production Facilities
Both AMR Textiles & Fibre Fillings have modern state of the art "Turnkey" Non-woven Production lines that have been sourced from the major European machinery manufacturers. We have numerous facilities for the manufacture of Needlepunch & Thermally Bonded products as well as combination products that are needled & heat-set.
Our numerous lines cover various widths up to a maximum of 7mtr, as well as slitting facilities that can produce coils as narrow as 50mm (2"). We process synthetic and natural fibres, with our core business involved in polyester, polypropylene & nylon6.6 (polyamide). These high speed lines are dedicated to high quality & consistent bulk manufacture, but are flexible to cover the very wide product range that the Company supports. Highly skilled operatives & engineers with many years of industry experience are in place to provide fast product changeovers, thus optimising our Customer lead times.

AMR Textiles are fully accredited to ISO 9002, which supplements our range of products that are highly specified. This, in conjunction with our Supply Chain Management, results in an industry leading quality product supply in terms of consistency, high specification & Customer response times.

We have extensive warehouse facilities & our own fleet of vehicles which enable us to react to the ever-demanding response times that our industries require.
